a gallagher tale ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Go To Sleep... Zane fell asleep by himself in bed! Aww first time! He was getting so tired while he played outside that he laid down to drive his truck in the mud (picture later) so I dragged him inside kicking and screaming (he hates to go in and he hates naps) and laid him in bed and turned his Monsters movie on (Monsters Inc, it's what he watches at bedtime - go figure) and then Shane called for me to go help him outside. So I ran outside to help and hurried back in and Zane was still lying there quietly watching his movie. So I laid down with him.. but he paid absolutely no attention to me... so I got back up and came out here and started playing on the computer. When I went back there to check on him, he was out like a light! I tried to go out to tell Shane but he locked the door from the outside (the "door" is just a piece of plywood on hinges and it has to be latched from one side or the other or it just hangs open) so I am telling you instead. Yay for a 2+ yr old boy finally gaining some independence! haha I'm afraid to turn his movie off though for fear it will wake him up, and I'm afraid to leave it on for fear it will wake him up...
