a gallagher tale ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yet Again Argh! I left my camera in the office. Accidentally. So, another post without my bicycling pictures! And they're cute, too! So we've been rollerblading and/or bicycling and it's fun and healthy. Actually, I am really enjoying it! Family time + good for you! I can tell you... my thighs need it. ;) I get my paycheck tomorrow morning when we get to the office. Unfortunately, I have to make my truck payment with it. My weekly paycheck + $20 = one truck payment. That's sucky. A whole week's work down the drain! But Shane is going to "loan" (i.e. "give") me some money this week so I can go shopping. Because I need to do a little shopping. Because I'm a mom! Also a woman. Which reminds me.. I had a spat with Geico and need to get new insurance. Darn. Things are going ok. Work is picking up, getting busy. That's a good thing, financially, but it's pretty stressful otherwise. Zane is growing up and that's kind of sad. Today Shane was putting together his power wheels on top of the picnic table and Zane climbed up and was trying to crawl into the driver's seat, so I stepped up on the bench to pick him up, and when I stepped back down again, with him in my arms, I fell :( I landed pretty hard on the gravel, and Zane landed pretty hard, too, but he had the protection of my arms. Scratched up my elbow and my leg. Not to mention my ankle, which had twisted to cause the fall in the first place. This is the second time I've ever tripped & fallen since I've known Shane, and the first time was when Zane was a little baby and I was carrying him then, too! I feel your pain, Britney. Never would a word come out of my mouth about her tripping with her son in her arms! I'm telling you. The weight throws you off. Or something. I'm not clumsy at all and I almost never trip and never ever actually FALL! It's crazy business. Anyway, that would have been kinda funny, falling off a picnic table, except it made me mad at Shane... not too sure, but it definitely was his fault. Definitely. Anyway, getting kind of tired. I sure hope I can get those pictures here tomorrow. That's the plan!
